A $250 booking fee charged at the time of reservation, plus applicable pet rent.
This fee is fully refundable if canceled in accordance with our Terms of Service.
The first month’s rent will be charged 14 days before your stay begins.
The remaining rent is charged monthly at the beginning of each month for all charges in that month.
Example Payment Schedule
John books a furnished apartment on March 5th at $100 per night, with a stay from March 15th to June 15th. His payments would be as follows:
- March 5: $250 booking fee (applies toward rent).
- March 6: First month’s rent (March 15 – April 14). Total: $3,100 – $250 already paid = $2,850 due.
- April 1: Rent for the remainder of April (April 15 – April 30). Total: $1,600.
- May 1: Rent for May (May 1 – May 31). Total: $3,100.
- June 1: Rent for the remainder of the stay (June 1 – June 14). Total: $1,400.
Note: You will never be charged for more than one month’s rent at a time.
