1st month’s rent will be charged one month before your stay begins
Remaining rent will be charged monthly at the beginning of each month for all charges in that month.
For example: John makes a reservation on March 5th for $100 per night, moving in on March 15th and moving out on June 15th.
John’s credit card will be charged on the following schedule. You will never be charged for more than one month’s rent in any month.
March 5: $250 secures the reservation.
March 6: 1st month’s rent or 31 nights less: $250. $3,100 less: $250 = $2,850
April 1: Remainder of April or 16 nights. $1,600
May 1: May rent or 31 nights. $3,100
June 1: Remainder of stay or 14 nights. $1,400
No, by paying the booking fee with your credit card, you are agreeing to our Terms of Service and you have reserved an apartment for your stay!
Simple, click on the Book Now button and reserve you room for the dates of your stay. Once you have secured your reservation, you will receive a text message to complete a background check. We will also confirm your arrival date and time. That is it! If something changes, simply text us and let us know and our customer service representatives will respond.
